1.What’s the grade of your hair? Where is it cut from?
Our hair is all high-quality 10A grade real human hair. Our hair all comes from healthy young female donors.
2.Is your hair 100% real human hair?
Yes. We have always provided 100% unprocessed human virgin hair, the quality of the hair is very high, pls rest assured.
3.What is the lace color?
We have medium/light brown and transparent Swiss lace. Most importantly, we have the best Swiss lace HD lace. If you have special needs, you can leave us a message when placing an order, or consult our customer service.
4.Can I bleach/dye my hair?
Yes, our hair can be dyed to #27, can’t be lighter than this color. For better coloring effect, we strongly recommend that coloring under the guidance of a professional hair stylist. Our hair can be bleached knots. Because our hair has been bleached lightly in the production process, so we do not recommend customers to bleach the knots again, which will easily cause damage to the hair. We also recommend that you proceed under the guidance of professional hairstylist, and do not use more than 20V developer.
5.Can I use hot tools on my hair?
Yes, you can use hot tools for your hair. We recommend using high temperatures with caution and highly recommend applying a heat protectant before styling. When using hot tools, we suggest temperatures under 300F degrees for colored hair, and under 360F degrees for natural colored hair to avoid dryness. Do not leave any hot tools on the hair for no more than 30 seconds. Once done styling your hair, clean your hot tools, because on the hot tools might have few loose hair since you pulling down or curl the hair on the tool, so there might few loose hair but it’s normal. As well as you clean up the hair on the hot tool, then it’s fine.
6.Can you customize small/large cap size?
Normally the hair default is medium cap size(22.5inch) in our website, which is suitable for more than 95% of customers. We can also customize the small (21.5inch) and large (23.5inch) cap size. If you need, pls contact us after you placed the order successfully, we will note it for you.
7.How to measure the wigs?
For the lace wigs, please put the wig on a wig stand and measure it from the first track (The track closest to lace) to the longest hair at the bottom.Notice: The hair length of wavy/curly hair wigs needs to be totally stretched to straight to measure the length.
8.Do you provide full 13x4 lace frontal wig?
Yes. You can contact us after you placed your order successfully, then we will note it for you.
About Order:
1.How to track my order?
Usually, you will receive an email notification of the tracking number after your package is shipped out. You can check according to the tracking number and the query link provided in the email. If you have any other questions when inquiring, you can contact our customer service.
2.How long will I receive my package?
If we have the product in stock, it will be shipped out within 1-2 working days. And you will need 3-5 working days to receive it. If not, we need some time to customize your hair. For details, please contact customer service.

About Hair Care:
1.How to wash my hair?
1. Gently detangle with your hands by some conditioner or morocco oil before washing the wig (pls do not use any water during this process).
2. Please use moisturizing shampoo to wash the wig twice, when performing the shampoo do not approach hair abrasively, dip hair in/out while adding shampoo directly to hair from the bottom. (Please use tap cold water only)
3. Rinse shampoo thoroughly (water should appear clear after rinsing) and finger comb the conditioner onto the wig to give it even distribution. Leave wig in conditioner for 10-15 minutes.
4. Rinse the conditioner off the wig with cool water. Water should appear clear after rinsing. Using a clean towel, blot the wig dry.
5. Allow the wig to air dry in a cool, dry environment. Never wear your wig wet.
6. Apply some morocco oil and elastin to keep the hair soft and manageable.
2.How to condition my hair?
1.Hair has to be washed and conditioned at least twice a week. Let your hair dry naturally after washing, and avoid direct exposure to sun.
2.If hair has to be put in a ponytail do not use a rubber band, use a soft fabric or satin hair scrunchie to avoid tangling and dryness.
3.When using hot tools, we suggest temperatures under 300F degrees for colored hair, and under 360F degrees for natural colored hair to avoid dryness. Do not leave any hot tools on the hair for no more than 30 seconds. Once done styling your hair, clean your hot tools.
4.Place your wig on a wig stand or mannequin head when not wearing your wig.
3.How to detangle my hair?
1. When you first open the wig, please save the net if possible, this will help maintain the hair after use.
2. After worn the wig days and before wash, especially for the curly hair, please use a dime conditioner to spread on your hand and gently to lay the conditioner on a small bath tangle hair to detangle the hair with your hand, do not use the comb to comb it hardly; after you detangle it, starting from the bottom of the wig, gently comb through the hair with a wide tooth comb and your love.
3. Apply to tap cold water onto the hair. Do not use any hot/warm water. Our curly hair is made without any chemical materials, so using hot/warm water might alter the texture. Take a dime size amount for condition and apply to the hair. Finger comb the conditioner onto the wig to give it even distribution. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Do not bunch or scrub the wig.
4. Rinse the conditioner off the wig with cool water. Water should appear clear after rinsing. Using a clean towel, blot the wig dry.
5. Allow the wig to air dry in a cool, dry environment. Never wear your wig wet.
Quick Tip: For preventing less loose hairs, apply a small amount of clear glue on the wefts before wearing your wig.
4.How to store my hair?
Never stuff your wig in a bag. Always detangle first and place in a plastic zip lock bag. If hair is longer than the bag, pin curl the ends so the hair stays tamed, let all the air out the bag, seal, and go.
Advise customers to place a wig unit on a mannequin head when not in use, also allowing long wig units to hang freely off the dresser or sit the mannequin head on a broomstick and place it in a corner to stand.
If hair is curly, give it a fresh shampoo/condition as instructed above, apply leave-in conditioner, drip dry and store in a long plastic bag.
5.Do I need to wash my hair before installation?
Yes and it is very important. Wigs are made with human hair and sew them on the weft and lace to become a wig, during these manufacturing process, there are 100% would have few loose hair still left inside the wig, so co-washing removes all the loose hair then could avoid the loose hair tangling in the wig. It also helps to moisturize and hydrate your hair when preparing to style.
6.Can I sleep/shower with my hair?
It’s not recommended because it might would cause tangling if not taken care of properly. If your hair is sewn in, wear a satin bonnet. This will help prevent the tangling.
7.What shampoo and conditioner do you recommend?
We suggest use sulfate and paraben free shampoo that has a low PH for regular shampoo. Such as Garnier Fructis, Pantene, Organix or Jone Frieda. Most lotion based conditioners work best in the hair, especially curly, apply from roots to ends while hair is wet. Such as Dove Intensive Repair conditioner, One only Argan Oil moisture repair conditioner and oil treatment, Miracle 7 leave-in conditioner.
